I don’t write online reviews but ADU Agency earned it! I got my plans approved in eight (8) weeks with Los Angeles Building and Safety! Yes, you read it right 8 weeks. ADU Agency designed and submitted my garage conversion in less than 4 weeks and City approved it in 4 weeks. They also helped to be connected with the experienced ADU contractor to build my project.

I came across ADU Agency to build an ADU but ended up expanding my house instead. I was told based on my lot and current house square footage I don’t qualify to expand my house but ADU Agency had the knowledge and knew exactly how to present my case to LADBS to get the addition I needed. I am going to convert my garage with ADU agency very soon.

ADU Agency rocks! Vlad designed an incredible floor plan. We thought our space is so small but with Vlad’s imagination, we have a beautiful cozy space about to be approved in two weeks.

My husband and I have been debating for a long time if we can expand our house and convert the garage into an ADU. We booked a meeting with ADU Agency, Rick took less than 15 minutes to show us how our expansion and garage conversion will be possible and gave us a rough number for total design, permit, and construction. We had 30 minutes of free virtual consultation and that was it. The team had our heart and felt absolutely confident of them taking on our project from design to build. Back in October of 2021, we picked one of their sample flooring plans for ground-up 800 sq ft and they submitted it to the City and got the approval last week of January 2022. Everyone told us will take at least 6 months during the pandemic but ADU Agency over-delivered the project in less than 4 months. We are coming back to expand our house.
