We had 30 minutes of free virtual consultation and that was it. The team had our heart and felt absolutely confident of them taking on our project from design to build. Back in October of 2021, we picked one of their sample flooring plans for ground-up 800 sq ft and they submitted it to the City and got the approval last week of January 2022.
